Can the team on the ground (seeing the suspect first hand) have a mobile SCOPE support?

SCOPE is designed to be an analysis tool and provides results and findings derived from a huge amount of available data.
This is typically a task in a strategic environment working in a greater infrastructure. The resulting information can be provided to the ‘boots on the ground’ in the form of a Report. Understandably, a majority of SCOPE functionalities are not primarily deemed of use for mobile teams.
