A short chat in the stairwell with others who are also just arriving.

Greet colleagues in the office.

What meetings to I need to prepare for today and tomorrow?

Where am I missing answers/information (ask first) ...

Give feedback to colleagues.

Short discussion and solution sketch on the whiteboard.

Answer specific questions regarding an offer to the customer.

Brief on project assistance for the new offer.

Make decisions and inform customers.

Check train of thought in Confluence.

Clarify last open customer questions with telephone call.

Distribute parallel info and to-dos via email.

Get some coffee.

Hold team meetings, clarify to-dos, structure and delegate tasks.

Have a look in Mattermost to see what's new or if there's an inquiry.

Meeting with management.
